Why The Institute?
Why is a great question!
When questioned, over 78% of people report that they are “honest” or “basically honest.” Yet 90% report that they lie regularly or on a daily basis. Over 90% also report irregularities, exaggerations, lies, or white lies in their resumes.
Our society and culture while delivering a message of basic honesty, actually reinforces and conditions all manners of deceit and lack of integrity. Virtually everyone reports that businesses lie, others lie, they expect to be lied to, and that “is just the way it is.”
Focusing on honor and integrity sometimes leaves many with a level of discomfort to outright resistance. It is viewed often as punitive or consequential, and they do not like the implications that “they are not honest.”
The Mission & Focus of IPIEL
The Institute of Personal Integrity and Ethical Leadership guides and supports leaders at individual and corporate levels as they embrace the greatest version of who they can be.
Leaders who choose this path constantly exercise and develop the deepest levels of their integrity “muscle memory,” reinforcing their convictions through experiences, lectures, and impassioned debate. IPIEL places an unprecedented focus on creating within the individual a support system based on conscious, intense, and thoughtful integrity. Honor is the hallmark of every thought, feeling, and decision.
The result is a heightened level of greatness.
The business outcomes reflect dramatically higher results and success.
